To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Orbix's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim or Rs. 10,000, whichever is lower. Orbix is not liable for IN-SPACe rejection, mission delays, or any consequential loss arising from use of Assessment Reports.
